Practice Manager Update

In recent months, I have been listening to lots of our patient and staff feedback, and have been making some significant changes across the Practice because of it.

Like any healthcare provider we have seen unprecedented demand on services, with new patients registering every day – we are now over 10,000 patients!

These demands naturally have meant issues with being able to contact us when you need us, primarily on the telephone.

In October, we went live with a new phone system that offers us a much more streamlined and improved patient experience, now with callback option so you don’t need to wait on the line. Average wait times across the week, now have dropped to just under 4 minutes! Callers are informed of their place in the queue, and offered a callback if they do not wish to wait.

Early in 2025 we are also very excited to be completing some much needed refurbishments to the entire building, bringing the place up to a more modern standard and making improvements around accessibility and safety.
